Fifteen minutes to make it out of a town that won’t stay dead.

The radio went silent. Your neighbors are wandering the streets, and the military base that promised rescue isn’t answering. All you have is a weapon and some borrowed gear from the supply depot. Will you live long enough to finish today’s journal entry?

Rotten County is a 16-bit pixel-art survival roguelite with manual movement and mouse aiming. Fight through waves of infected, collect experience, and choose from three upgrade cards each time you level up.

Find your own way to survive

  • Guns and melee weapons — From pistols and railguns to swords and chain whips. Pick your weapon before heading out.
  • Special equipment and synergies — Combine drones, grenades, electrical coils, and orbital strikes to break through the horde.
  • A survivor’s supply depot — Spend your hard-earned gold on weapons, characters, and permanent upgrades for your next run.
  • Three places with stories to tell — Follow the infection’s trail through an abandoned town, a military base, and a secret research facility.
  • More dangerous runs — Clear a stage, then return at higher danger levels.

Each stage lasts up to 15 minutes. Hold out, confront the boss, and destroy the infection nest.
